Founder of MaxHair, a hair extension artist with over 15 years of experience.
Natalia is one of the best-known hair extension artists, and her techniques are used by top stylists in the U.S. and Europe.

MaxHair hair from the showroom can be seen on many celebrities, and among the brand’s regular clients are stylists who work with Hailey Bieber, Jennifer Lopez, Kylie Jenner, and the Kardashian family.

In the industry since 2006: one of the first professionals to focus on hair extensions in Ukraine.

Founder of studios and showrooms: opened a studio in Donetsk (2012), the MaxHair salon in Kyiv (2015), and a showroom in Los Angeles — the heart of the global beauty industry.

Creator of proprietary techniques: developed her own industrial hair coloring method used by studios and production teams in different countries.

Course creator: since 2018, hundreds of stylists have gone through her training, and many of them have opened their own studios and hair production factories.

International recognition: serves as First Vice President of the World Association for the Development of the Hair Extensions Industry, speaks at conferences and championships, and judges professional competitions.
